Returns Policy for Rogue Skies:
At Rogue Skies, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read the following points carefully: (we will only except returns/refunds on damaged or incorrect products being sent)

As we are a small company we are limited to online orders to the UK only, that being said if you are looking to order from anywhere else please reach out to us via our contact email or instagram and we can help assist in figuring out a way to get you rocking Rogue Skies apparel!
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactrogueskies@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the item(s) if they are damaged or defective.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the items reach us safely.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require additional information or photographs to assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly if the item is returned without its original packaging or is not in resalable condition.
Packages:
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
